When you book an appointment or contact us we collect your name, phone number, email address, your chosen service, practitioner, date and time, and — only if you choose to share it — a short note about why you are seeking help. We also record the time you accepted this policy.

3. How we use it

• To arrange, confirm, reschedule or cancel your appointment.
• To contact you about your care by phone, email or SMS/WhatsApp (if enabled).
• To keep clinical and administrative records as required by law and professional standards.

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

4. Sensitive health information

Anything you tell us about your health is treated as confidential. Booking notes are visible only to authorised clinic staff through a password-protected dashboard, are never included in analytics, and are not shared with third parties except with your consent or where the law requires it (for example, where there is a serious risk to your safety or someone else's).

5. Storage and security

Data is stored in an access-controlled database hosted by our infrastructure provider and transmitted over encrypted connections. Email and messaging providers we use to send confirmations only receive the details needed to deliver the message.

6. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to our record-keeping obligations. Contact us using the details above and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

The public website does not use tracking cookies. A single session cookie is used only for clinic staff who sign in to the admin dashboard.
